The man shot and killed by Salt Lake police Monday was unarmed, according to his brother, who was at the scene. Police have still not confirmed whether a gun was found, nor confirmed reports that Taylor reached for something. But his brother says he was simply pulling up his pants so he could get down on the ground. Taylor was a wanted fugitive.
