The manner in which the draconian security laws were rushed through both parliament and on public participation stages contributed (in a major way) in the High court suspending the core (8 articles) of it. And when hearing begins, it shall be found (take this to the bank) that that law is no law. And as they were rushing to suffocate the country with a bad law, on the other side, they were rushing to jail a citizen. The same executive under President Uhuru. The same mindset. The same speed. Now, take this from me, just as high court threw away that bad law, another court will throw away this Wadi case. You know why? Because you cant have your cake and eat it. You cant make laws for a country when all you allegedly use (quoting Alan Wadi) is bhang and manhood, which may not necessarily be true. All we ask for is DUE PROCESS. #WadiBadCase
