The market is coming up quick – tomorrow in fact, so come on out and support your local growers and crafters from 9 – noon at the Bridge Park. A variety of meats, mozzarella cheese, veggies, berries, eggs, and locally made crafts can be found at our Producer Only market. Saturday July 20th will be a Cooking Local Demonstration brought to you by Buy Haywood and Mountain Wise. Jen Pierson of Guadalupe will be our chef and will be handing out tasty bites of her culinary delights. The cooking demonstration will kick off a month long SNAP promotion. Anyone who swipes their Food stamp card for as little as $1 will receive a $5 coupon to be used on fresh fruits and veggies at the market. Also, be on the lookout for information regarding our annual Farm Tour coming up quickly July 20th and 21st from 1 -5. Tickets and a map will be available July 13th and the day of the Farm Tour at the market – or at each individual farm.
