The media “will not write anything positive” said President - TopicsExpress

The media “will not write anything positive” said President Jacob Zuma, dressed in green overalls branded with the Masibambisane and agriculture department logos. He was defending the the rural development NGO he chairs against criticism last week. This was at a function re-affirming government support for the R900 million enterprise headed by his cousin Deebo Mzobe. This, Mr Zuma said, was a bad habit that needed to be “cured”. The media, according to him, was “sick”. The Durban businessman he supports in the venture has proved anything but an able financier and administrator. He faces a mounting string of bad debts as the City Press detailed last week.
