The medical community is so obsessed by numbers! We have to make sure we are evaluating the whole baby, not just a number or two. % of weight loss is only a problem if the baby is having problems. If the baby is having problems with breastfeeding, jaundice, peeing, pooping, whatever, it doesnt matter what the % of weight loss is, we need to fix the problem! Did you have number problems when your baby was born?
