The mere existence of apologetics is acknowledgment that the assertions made by religious doctrines are incoherent, unjustified and not based on demonstrable facts. If any religious doctrine were demonstrably true, it would not need a phalanx of ad hoc apologists arguing in favor of it; they would simply present their evidence, and support it with sound, valid logic - and the matter would be all but settled. Yet, this is not what we see - and that simple fact should lead any reasonable person to conclude that that is because religious doctrines are not demonstrably true - and are therefore very likely, entirely false.
