***The most baseless, demented and myopic assertion of a northern lederstatesman (ALHAJI USMAN BUGAJE)*** One of the most stupendous assertions that was igloriously made yesterday by a northern elite was that the north with its 72% landmass of the Nigerian landspace owns the resources in the sea via the Nigerian state and I ask, what is the Nigerian state, who formed the Nigerian state, is it a federation if so does it have federating units, what is the relationship between the federating units and the central government besides are all federal states unitary, if not why is the case of the Nigerian sate different, who are those behind this unitary-totalitarinism which gives a man that is 1000 kilometres away the right to claim ownership of what is a metre away from another man, is this not modern colonialism and the tendencies of exploitation and attempted slavery, are other federating units from the South of the Nigerian state secured in this federal unitary-totalitarianism called the Nigerian state, what is the purpose of this Nigerian state, of what value is it to federating units from the Southern Protectorate as some claim it is a federation, what is the purpose of the much clamoured unity and what are its objectives, cant each federating units cater for themselves, is it by force to federate and if we rewfuse to federate then what gives anyone the right to protest.........Does the north also lay claims to the continental shelve of Sao Tomi and Principe which about 250 kilometres from My shore???? Southern Nigerian Protectorate should wake up now and depart from this evil locust that is at our door and fleet them back to the desert where they belong as there is practically no benefit from that region since amalgamation but only sorrow, tears and blood which is their primodial trademark
