The most basic purpose of God on de earth is redemption nd restoration. The first and last three chapters of the bible attest to that. Apostle Peter made a very important statement abt the Lords return, saying whom the heaven must receive until de period of restoration of all things. This will be a complete restoration of Man nd all dat was under his domain dat has likewise been subject to de consequences of de fall. So what? The first, nd most important thing dat was lost by de fall was de intimate fellowship dat Man had with God. The main purpose of redemption nd restoration is to restore dat relationship. Now, if there is anyway we can determine de degree to which redemption nd restoration has truly worked in our life, it would be by how close to God we have become. This is de first real essence....
