The most important reason why NaMo is opening bank accounts for all 82 crore voters is --- so that it becomes possible to deposit mineral royalty , spectrum royalty, rents from govt plots etc DIRECTLY into citizens accounts and thus reduce poverty within months !! . So opening bank accounts is important and useful step in the process of RAPID reduction in poverty --- say within next 6 months. . The proposal to directly distribute mineral royalties and land rent into citizens account has been state din Atharvaved. Atharvaved says Aham rastrim vasunam sangamani i.e. I the nation own all the natural resources !! And NaMo is implementing the same proposal. . The proposal is described in detail in tinyurl /RmFb30105 . NaMo-bhagats must read this plan completely to see how naMo plans to reduce poverty. . Some changes needed in bank accounts are . 1. The cheques for such account should expire in 3 months after issue and cheques should have written on it that section-138 will not apply . 2. The passbook should be printed in english as well as local language. . 3. the account number should have dash charatcter after every 3 digits for easy readability . etc etc
