It was made by individual investors, raising money internationally and everyone worked on the movie as a labour of love. It was not like a studio movie at all. We had Academy Award winning people behind the cameras in almost every department: music, make-up, editing and they were all doing it because they loved the story and the possibility of recreating this world."
