The movie make of the book One Night @ The Call Center, Hello, was devastatingly executed. A good story wrongly told. Coming to the next book, Five Point Someone, the movie make 3 Idiots, again a disappointment. The start gives a tinge of the story, and the movie amazingly deviates from the actual story. Just to satisfy the ego of the people, the caption somewhere on the corner said,Inspired By a book by Chetan Bhagat. And to add to the insult, the climax was out of imagination. Vidhu Vinod firstly even denied any resemblance to the book and any credit to Chetan Bhagat. Lately, he had to !! Coming now to the third movie,Kai Po Che, inspired by the book 3 Mistakes Of My Life, i still wonder when did the third mistake happen?? Choosing to save himself (the character) instead of Ali was supposed to be the third mistake was what we read, and what we say.... Amazing, right?? Now, it is time for the book that almost everyone loved, the true love-arranged-marriage story of Chetan Bhagat, 2 States, and the promos suggest that every single detail has been taken care of. And it must be. Imagine what would have happened if the movie Angels and Demons had a twisted climax when the book was reffered. Or any single detail was missed. Take it any book-movie transformation, be it Harry Potter, or the stupid Twilight series, or the (my fav) Sherlock Holmes series had something else what we had expected it should have been?? The more i watch Alia-Arjun chemistry, the more i smile, the more i get obssessed.. I hope it is worth it !!
