The murder of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri is not an isolated incident. Across the country unarmed young, and not so young, black and Hispanic males have been beaten and shot down in the streets like rabid dogs by white cops. One of the biggest reasons is around major cities such as St Louis, and Atlanta is a good example, municipal governments are creating police forces manned by cops with terrible track records of complaints for unnecessary violence against minority citizens. They move from one police department to the next. In St Louis, they call it the muni-shuffle.
