The name Lynx originated in Middle English from the word leuk meaning light, brightness, in reference to the luminescence of a wildcats reflective eyes. Our pretty tortoiseshell cat, Lynx, isnt a wildcat, but she has some equally beautiful amber eyes and super soft medium length fur. She did NOT enjoy her car ride to the TV station, but luckily she seemed to have fun during her 2 minutes in the spotlight! :) Also, dont forget to sign up for the upcoming Cinco de Fido Dog Jog happening next Monday. A portion of the proceeds are coming back to DCHS. Thanks to Fontana Sports Specialties for their support and fun, active idea! Go to fontanasports/misc_content/index.cfm?title=cinco-de-fido to register!
