The names have not been changed.... Miranda and I experienced these customer service issues in the past 24 hours: 1) We arrived at a prearranged appointment at Felix Chevrolet in downtown Los Angeles and were told by the Sales Manage that they lost the vehicle we intended to purchase. 2) During a conversation with an AT&T representative about bundling our tv, internet and phone service, I requested that he email me the details. He told me We are not set up for email.
