The national average of personal income blown on silly day care centers is 13.9%. Why would I say silly? Well, lets think about this. The result of engaging a day care center is that you are freed up to go out and get screwed by an employer. Why would I say screwed? Maybe you have a better word for it. On average, an employer yields 27 dollars for every dollar spent on.... well... you. And for the privilege of getting the short end on that stick, you are even asked to fill out an application. Granted, our economy would suffer a meltdown if even only 20% of the population would emerge from the comatose state that moves them to participate in this world-wide racket. What we come to find out, though, is that waking up from one state does not necessarily promote us into a liberating one. Countless citizens marching down the path of financial freedom commit one cardinal error following the other. In the final analysis, they end up faring better being shafted by a grinning and beady-eyed employer more than willing to take them back. Its a grim picture. But its also one that can be changed.
