The new Home2You mobile app keeps the home fires burning for Defence Families. The Home2You app was designed by Defence Force families advocate Brie Backo, who is well known in the Defence Community as the creator of the Your Defence range of support materials for Defence force families, including the popular Alpha book series. “Our goal was to create an app that allowed families to remain connected, whether they are away for a lengthy period of time on operational deployments, a short term domestic exercise or regular rotational rosters that requires time away from family, the Home2You app was designed to allow families to create special messages, memories and milestones that can be treasured during those times away,” The count-down, count-up, and time-zone tracking features are ideal for military families separated due to operational service, and for families experiencing time apart due to work and other factors. The pass code feature ensures your countdown and private videos and photos are always secure.
