The new owner of the Super man building is suing BOA for 23 million dollars because he says the building was neglected and has heavy deterioration. 2 comments. 1 - this proves he was strongly under the impression by people in the GA that he would certainly get millions in tax credits to rehab the building- something stopped right quick from the people. 2- a home inspector certainly could have provided a good report on the condition. SMH.
