The news from #Ferguson today should dismay all of us. To my white friends: its challenging to be an ally. Its challenging to find the right words, to have the courage to say something, to constantly discover your own privilege where you never saw it before. But whereas you have the choice to speak, Michael Brown did not. The challenges we face pale in comparison to the challenges our black friends live every single day. Lets never forget that. Lets never let the injustice of a grand jury, who had no courage and no eyes for the truth tonight, cloud our own courageous actions for a more just world. #BlackLivesMatter #AllLivesMatter
