The next Diocesan Natural Family Planning (NFP) class series - TopicsExpress

The next Diocesan Natural Family Planning (NFP) class series starts Wednesday, June 18, and is being held at St. Matthew. NFP is a natural method of spacing children and allows couples to avoid artificial chemicals, while empowering them to learn more about their bodies and their fertility. Modern NFP methods are based on years of scientific research and are 99% effective when used correctly, and NFP can also be used to help couples who are trying to conceive. This series will cover the Sympto-Thermal Method (STM), but classes on other methods are also available through the diocese.
