The next Student Regent has been selected! Obviously the current designate and the soon-to-be Student Regent for the 2013-14 school year is Cinthia Flores. But her designate, and the Student Regent for the 2014-15 school year, will be Sadia Saifuddin. Sadia is a UC Berkeley undergraduate and only the second undergraduate to hold the position in over a decade. She was selected after a five-month selection process that included multiple rounds of interviews with student leaders and Regents all over the state of California.
