The next projected Take Aim Designs game has been unveiled over at consimworld. Title: Last Battle: Ie Shima 1945. This game will depict the American invasion of the island of Ie Shima during the Okinawa campaign. It was a bitter foretaste of what was to come should the western allies invade the main Japanese islands. Also notable because famed war journalist Ernie Pyle was killed there during the week-long battle.
