The number I was given was 9. Heres 9 things you probably dont know about me. 1.) My father was in show business and worked with major artists such as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr., Charlie Parker (The Bird), Lionel Hampton, Edda James, The Harmonicats, and even Burl Ives. 2.) My Aunt Betty was an original Rockette Her husband my uncle Lew, was Bill Cosbys publicity manager, along with Johnny Mathis, Sammy Davis Jr., and Joe Frazier just to name just a few. 3.) Sammy Davis Jr. almost attended my sisters wedding, but at my mothers request, did not so it would not steal the thunder from my sisters big day. 4.) Joe Frazier was interested in buying my parents house that was on a major highway and he wanted to build a gym on the property that he could charge admission to for people to watch him train. The township shot his idea down because of zoning issues, so the deal never went through. 5.) When I was a kid, I lived in St. Thomas U.S.V.I. Every summer when school let out. 6.) When I was 8 years old, I was involved in a major boat explosion in Ocean City N. J. And my mom and dad were onboard with me. This was my first exposure to the U.S. Coast Guard and the fascination of the rescue operation was my initial inspiration to join the USCG later in life. I was also part of the boat crew in the Coast Guard chase scene in the movie Cacoon. 7.) While in the Coast Guard, my team boarded the 3 masted sloop The Southern Cross which is a partner ownership between Stephen Stills and Peter Fonda. I later became friendly with Stephen Stills and we used to talk on the phone all the time. We even sent Christmas cards to each other. I have been backstage at Crosby Stills & Nash concerts more than any person alive. 8.) I used to own a marine service in Cape Coral for 12 and a half years called Precision Marine. 9.) I married the woman of my dreams, and if it wasnt for her supporting my lifes passion to work in the music business, none of what I do would be possible.
