The number of rows/lines doesnt change; it stays at 6. But the height of the columns does. And the amount is minuscule. If you cut the missing piece into 4 equal parts, each the width of a column, and place them one on top of each column, the visible difference in column height will be negligible. And thats the whole key to this: very little (one piece - just over 4% of the total bar) taken away and the loss spread over a larger area by the way its rearranged. EDIT: You can see the proof of this by leaving your mouse pointer at the top edge of the chocolate at the beginning of the video. At the end, youll find that the length of the chocolate is shorter with respect to the pointer position. ;)
