The object of any fight, struggle, movement or war is to minimize, - TopicsExpress

The object of any fight, struggle, movement or war is to minimize, reduce and or eliminate collateral damage to self and innocent people, while retaining the element of surprise, in order to defeat the enemy. Unless, of course, your intent is to go on a “suicidal campaign”, and pray for miracles. Even God help those who help themselves. Further, you cannot solve a REAL problem with a make-believe solution, nor can you conjure up a real logical solution out of a “make-believe possibility”. And this is why, relative to the “use of force” in the Gambia predicament, I have consistently called for caution and planning, with such authority coming from a UNITED ENTITY in the diaspora. Further, and relative to a certain entity, I believe it is NRMG, that came out with a chatter of using force in the Gambia predicament, they have a duty and responsibility to the people of the Gambia, and for them to know what they were talking about, that such adventure or task requires manpower and resources that, by their own admission, they lack. And when you add the fact that such pronouncement came from men who were ex-soldiers, and should have known better, that really disturbed me, since, by them making such pronouncement was like giving false hopes and aspirations to the people, if their agenda was not after their own interests or financial gains. And when I pointed this out and other divisive manifestations now apparent and evident in this diaspora, I was insulted, called names and some questionable and unsavory characters were sent after me. I got a thicker skin, and an unquestionable integrity, and a distinguished, honorable service record to back myself up, and my assertions, and I am doing this for and in the name of the Gambia, not for some individual, group and or entity. Please, pass the word out Folks, and you can copy and post or paste my comments anywhere, anytime, and I stand by them. I am doing this for the Gambia, not for some individual, group and or entity. The Gambia is bigger than any and all of us. The Gambia is bigger than any and all groups or entities. What part of this some of us here in the diaspora still do not understand, so that we can set aside our personal interests, ambitions and other self-centered perspectives?
