The official photographer of the Nichols Family...my wonderful wife...loves to take photos of us walking away. I think she likes the bittersweet poignancy of such pictures plus it has given her a way to document the expansion of my bald spot through the years. Anyway, last Friday we took the youngest one, Harrison, to college and she snapped the photo of us taking his stuff to the dorm. Many years ago, Harrison and I were walking around the grounds of the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art.
