The old expression that the universe is always talking to you is true. It’s a matter of whether you are paying attention or not. Now well into my 4th decade of Coaching I can tell you that experience is a far better teacher than is research and information seeking. However – experience is not the best teacher by itself – assessed, evaluated, and considered experience is the best teacher. The expression is true – that “experience is a hard teacher because the test is given first and lesson comes later.” But the truth for so many of you is you live your life at such high speed now, and such in reactive mode – that you just don’t learn from experience. You don’t learn much from your own experience because you don’t make time to pause and reflect on it with calm energy. If you begin to do so – you can leap ahead in understanding yourself to lead a better and more abundant life.
