The older I get, the more I seem to appreciate fleeting moments, the unexpected feeling of warmth felt when someone smiles, small, daily accomplishments, the familiarity of a friends voice, and the swelling of the heart by a friends kindness. I felt all this several years ago when I had the honor and privilege of training a man almost old enough to be my Dad! His sense of humor made me laugh, I envied his respect and love for his wife, he was genuine, kind and eager to learn. He was a true friend during his short stint as a bus driver, and unfortunately he became ill and had to quit. It saddened me today to read that he had passed away. I will always remember you, Joseph Taylor.... Your sweet disposition, your friendliness, your Bee stories and the outward love you showed for your wife and family. Thank God for my memories. My prayers go out to his family.... I hope you know what a wonderful man he was to other! I was blessed to know him!
