The on-going efforts at national dialogue has unfortunately taken political and ethnic colourations. Some politicians from the south-west are using the oppportunity to attack the converner as lacking sincerity.It will be recalled that even the failed confab on THIRD TERM AGENDA did not receive the type of barrage of criticisms and attack that the current national dialogue is receiving from the west.One of them was on AITs Kaakaki this morning.The obviously senile elderly politician could not impress his audience on the subject matter of discuss but rather used the medium to blame the idea of the confab on the ground that his party does not trust mr president.He said mr president supposed to have set the agenda for the confab.How can mr president alone set agenda for more than 150 million nigerians to discuss? .If mr president had set the agenda for the confab,these politicians especially those from the opposition would have called for his head.It is my humble opinion that all nigerians irrespective of their political,religious and ethnic affiliations should join hands with the govt to move the country forward.Provocative utterances and campaign of calumny against the govt will not do us any good.Let us not push the govt to use their instruments against the people please.God bless Nigeria
