The one product I most wanted out of CES will have this inside. What is it? A new wireless charger from Broadcom (you lay your phone and other devices on top to charge them). It can charge three phones at once, if I remember right. Broadcom and Intel had my favorite announcements at the show. Why? Because they make the insides of tomorrows products (Broadcoms chips probably delivered my words to you, for instance). I didnt realize this, but you could put this plate under a desk. It still would charge just fine, even an inch or two away. Me wants! I have so many charging cords all over the place I cant wait for the day to lay all of my devices down and have them automatically charged on top of a pad (Intel showed similar tech inside a bowl). Intels separate announcement of a small computer on a chip to support Internet of Things and Wearable technology also has me salivating. Broadcom told me first products to use this wireless charging tech should be in the market by Christmas.
