The only protocol that is followed by the malaysian government is to threatened the public from making speculations. Whereby 95 % of the so called speculations was shared by public from a link which is either from a journal or artical. From this what defines speculation to them. Every human will share their knowledge and important information they gathered because they also have feelings and emotion demanding the facts and the thruth from the goverment. This is not a political issue for the government to keep it confidential. This is a issue involving public lives and family. They have all the rights to be updated with the outcome n actions that are taken. Not speculating but this is reality.
