The only thing that defines you is YOU. Not your thoughts. Not your emotions. Not your past. Not your age. Only YOU and You alone determine what you can and cannot do. It doesnt matter if youre 18 years young or 60 years young! :) At any age you can and have the power to do anything you want. If youre looking for a sign to prove to you that age isnt an issue then this is IT. If youre looking for PERMISSION to pursue a PASSION of yours because you think youre too old then I give YOU permission! You dont NEED permission to do anything (other than your own will to want to do it... but I get that some people feel better if they have external validation to proceed with their dreams). Whatever it is that you are thinking about doing and are hesitating because of your age then GET READY... Because this is your WAKE UP CALL that you CAN. You might say, well its easy for you to say Ben! Youre only 29! Thats true! My own personal belief is that I will be doing epic things well into my EIGHTIES. Who knows, possibly even my NINETIES. But I wont allow any internal limiting belief stop me from even TRYING. So live INTO your power. You have this. You GOT THIS. Im rooting for you!
