The original goal behind starting Solid Rock was an outgrowth of the annual Fellowship of Christian Athletes annual event known as Fields of Faith. FOF is held each fall and brings together area High School and Jr. High Chapters of FCA from primarily Daviess County and Martin County and a few students from surrounding counties. FOF is a time of worship, testimony and prayer which is student lead. Each year it was difficult to have enough time to pick out songs and get instrumentalists and vocalists together to rehearse. So the idea was hatched to start early to gather the students and the process was began in February of 2014. Since then, Solid Rock has played at numerous events including several church services; the 2nd Annual Singing For Sam Fundraiser; Odon Christian Churchs Red, White and Boom 4th of July Celebration and FCA Southern Indiana Leadership Conference. https://facebook/photo.php?v=727382917327401
