The other day we had an audit in our hangar. The typical nuances - TopicsExpress

The other day we had an audit in our hangar. The typical nuances were called out that we were already in the progress of getting up to par. One thing we got gigged on was that there were 2 power converters that were on a shelf that the auditor pointed out and said they needed to be marked who they belong to. My co-worker gave him a confused really? look and the auditor replied that it needed to be marked who it belongs to in order to be compliant with the FOD prevention program. Adding that it needed to be marked just in case a disgruntled employee decided to throw it through an aircraft window. My aviation days are swiftly coming to a close.
