The other paint scheme deployed on the CLP class in recent years was QR Nationals bruised banana yellow and black, worn by CLP11 and CLP13, which are now also mothballed at Goulburn. Often elusive as lead unit (for me anyway!), I finally caught CLP13 heading a mixed bag of EMD motive power on 7MB7 on 5th February 2012. Trailing are ex Victorian locos X54 (16-567), G534 (16-645) and two LDP class, AC traction GT46Cs (16-710). With all 5 units on line, they are seen powering up the 1 in 40 (2.5%) grade under the Copeland Rd bridge at Beecroft. The noise was impressive! The three lead units were removed at Broadmeadow, so it was a lucky catch. :-)
