The other piece that I really used for my demoing was this San Francisco Symphony recording of Adams Short Ride in a Fast Machine. I got to audition this on the Magni, Asgard 2, Valhalla 2, and Lyr 2. When I said that the Magni sounded a little bit anemic, it was listening to the bass drum in this piece. I thought it was an excellent presentation on both the Asgard 2 and the Valhalla 2, but I felt that the flute trills were a little grating when I played it on the Lyr 2. (But again, that may have been due to my being tired from being in such close quarters with so many other people...)
