The owner dragged her in by her pretty pink collar because, of course, she was frozen in fear. (Thanks for sending her food with her.) Callie wags her tail while she bows her head. She makes me very sad and I really hope she lives. The shelter is full with court holds, so she needs to leave asap if she is to keep breathing. Shelter can test further with male/female dogs and cats for any interested rescues or adopters.
