The past 2 weeks Ive been incorporating 1 circuit workout a week to my training and Im loving it. Muscular endurance, muscular strength and respiratory endurance and strength are all very different yet work hand on hand. 4 of the 5 exercises: upper left box jumps into jumping pull ups to failure, upper right smash balls 20-30lbs 100 times, bottom left push ups 25, bottom right toe taps for 100, not pictured toes to bar to failure. Shoot for 3-5 rounds.
