Hb 10.5 grams WBC 150,000, abundant myeloblasts, metemyeloblasts and band forms; 12% basophils, few immature cells seen Platelets 500,000 What is your diagnosis? A- Chronic myelogenous leukemia, acute phase. B -Chronic myelogenous leukemia, chronic phase. C- Myelodysplastic syndrome. D- Leukemoid reaction. E -Myeloid growth factor therapeutic effects.
