The phone rings, Lauras voice is breaking, "Mom come please". Whats wrong? Dylon went out to play and now I cant find him, no one has seen him. The next 20 min are spent in slow motion, Joe trying not to puke, me breaking every traffic law in existance, both of us making deals with God and the Devil that he is ok. The mind does some pretty horrible things when your terrified. We yell out the window at anyone in their yard asking if they have seen him. Talk to Kevin on phone on way hes at skate park looking for him. Police are at their house when we drive up. Fear is so tight in my throat I feel like Im dying. Then the little boy in the yard says they found him. I hear this strange noise coming from somewhere then I realize its me crying in relief. We head in the house and the same strange sound is coming from inside. Laura is also vocalizing her relief. I see Jaxon in the living room he puts his little arms up and his lip is quivering and he says "Mim I thought Dylon was dead". Everyone is crying and hugging Dylon......Mondays Suck...
