The photos I am still scanning and sharing were preserved by my father, Luther Harrell, who was chairman of the Centennial celebration. Please do not let this site fade away after my few remaining photos are added. I can tell from your comments that YOU who have many relatives in Baker County are absolutely enjoying looking at these. Again, talk with your parents and gr-parents...see if they participated in the 1961 Centennial celebration...see if they can share a story or two...see if they have any old pictures...and then YOU share them here with us. Thank you everyone for your positive comments. I hope you find, at the very least, smiles added to your faces in recalling people and events from days long passed.
