The phrase “Benghazi is making headlines yet again” has an awfully familiar ring to it. Investigations into the deadly Sept. 11, 2012, assault on the U.S. diplomatic post in Benghazi, Libya, that killed Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans have been plentiful -- 13 public hearings, 25,000 pages of documents handed over and 50 separate briefings. So why are we hearing about Benghazi this week?
