The plot of earth was heaped high, with floral bouquets draped lovingly across it. The flowers, even in this heat, had not wilted yet. At the foot of the grave...a young woman rested, kneeling. Grief radiated from her bowed head to her slumped shoulders. It was as if she was sitting at the feet of a parent...although I have no idea if it was friend or family that she mourned. I have this picture etched into my mind that I can not let it go. We are not immortal...we have all felt this loss. Take time to enjoy every day, and be kind. Sorry to share something so sad, but grief shared is halved. So in a way...I hope it makes her feel better. Take care, my friends.
