The policy of abducting people from lagos state and dumping them in other states is contrary to the constitutional provision of freedom of movement. Every nigerian has a right to live in any part of nigeria. There is no law authorising the government either state or federal to do so.deportation is done at the international level because the subject is not a citizen of the country and is guided by laws. The human rights organizations are silent on the issue I hope its not conspiracy of silence. The newly registered. APC which claims to be a better alternate to PDP is also silent on the injustice taking place in a state it controls. I am happy that Peter Obi.the governor of Anambra state is challenging it.President. Jonathan. Goodluck who swore to protect the people ans constitution is doing nothing about it.God dey.
