The postal police showed up at 6am today. This showed up in my email. I like it. NOTICE To the Postal Police and to the U.S.P.S. TO IMMEDIATELY CEASE AND DESIST FROM CAUSING SLEEP DEPRIVATION December 18, 2014 Whereas on December 11, 2014 at approximately 5:30 am, in the dark, the postal police caused sleep deprivation at the downtown Berkeley Post Office located at 2000 Allston Way, Berkeley, CA; and Whereas on December 12, 2014 at approximately 4:30 am, in the dark, the postal police caused sleep deprivation at the downtown Berkeley Post Office located at 2000 Allston Way, Berkeley, CA; and Whereas on December 15, 2014 at approximately 3:30 am, in the dark, the postal police caused sleep deprivation at the downtown Berkeley Post Office located at 2000 Allston Way, Berkeley, CA; and Whereas on December 16, 2014 at approximately 5:00 am, in the dark, the postal police caused sleep deprivation at the downtown Berkeley Post Office located at 2000 Allston Way, Berkeley, CA; and Whereas the Congress of the United States has specified in Federal documents that abnormal sleep deprivation is defined as mental torture, and that it is prohibited UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES (see the Senate Congressional Record of July 6, 2004, page 14443, Sec. 1057, (a) (7) ); and Whereas the Congress of the United States has specified in Federal regulations that Inhumane treatment is a serious and punishable violation under international law..and the following acts are prohibited: murder, torture...and all cruel and degrading treatment...and All persons will be respected as human beings. They will be protected against all acts of violence to include...insults... and reprisals of any kind... (see the Senate Congressional Record of July 6, 2004, page 14443, Sec. 1057, (a) (6) ); and Whereas the actions taken by the postal police on Dec. 11, 12, 15, and 16 between the hours of approximately 3:30 am, and approximately 5:30 am, in the dark, at the downtown Berkeley Post Office constitute abnormal sleep deprivation, which Federal documents define as mental torture that is prohibited UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES -- Therefore the Postal Police and the U.S.P.S. are hereby notified to IMMEDIATELY CEASE AND DESIST FROM CAUSING ANY FURTHER SLEEP DEPRIVATION, WHATSOEVER.
