The power to maintain social order is acquired and maintained by words. Governed populations are indoctrinated to believe that words are real things; to confuse system of symbols with the tangible universe. This must be accomplished without the populace actually ever understanding the real underlying power that words possess. However, it is impossible to apply this to all people. Subtle differences in language and meaning will give rise to anomalies in the form of sub-languages. Ruling classes would be terribly irresponsible if they were not aware of this. However, in the end, they are defenseless against it; the sub-language symbol system will inevitably insinuate itself into the ruled populace, and the anomaly will eventually overwhelm the power structure. Be aware that when ruling classes perceive this happening, they will resort to brutality and oppression to maintain their power in the face of the anomaly. This is an act of irrational desperation, an irrefutable indication of impotence, and inevitable collapse.
