The present young generation (under 30s) have a real reason to get mad and rebel and bring a step change in the political firmament in this country. They are the first generation in a long time who will be unable to afford their own houses, they will have massive education debts, they will have to pay for seeing the doctor, their fuel bills will be higher, they will not get any unemployment benefits and when they do they will be humiliated and treated like dole bludgers. All this because the baby boomers who are presently ruling the country lived beyond their means, were selfish, drove up property prices, ruined the environment, drove up debt and now when they have had it really good they want to change the rules and deprive the next generations of the same life style. Time will tell if young people swallow this or..stand up and fight.
