The president doesnt write laws, congress does. The president can sign it or veto it, the president cant appoint executive branch leaders, the senate does. If the president is corrupt its the House of Representatives to charge him with a crime and the senate to find him guilty and impeach him. When a bill is vetoed it takes 2/3rds of congress to make it law. The constitution is a check and balance that keeps congress honest. If the house and senate and president all worked together this country would strive, but when parties, special interest group, lobiest, and career politicians who are set in there ways, dont work, the citizens will suffer. So if your unhappy with the president make congress do there job.
