The problem is, Chris, we’re both iconoclasts. Each firmly entrenched in our own beliefs. The Court of Arcturus leaves me green with envy. I wish I could create something as philosophically and artistically magnificent as this. The description has been maligned by petty minds that have so watered down its original meaning it’s become a literary form of homeopathy. But here I use it in its fullest sense. The concept you’ve created is truly awesome. Unlike my contribution to humanity’s salvation which comes in the form of “The Steampunk Driven Church of Sciencology.” Which is the final flowering of that spoof cult religion I was working on. A spoof religion that gives its potential adherents the choice of either believing they exist in a computer simulation, a multi-universe or that everything we observe is a two dimensional projection from the universe’s cosmic horizon. Which, to be frank, leaves me feeling a bit flat. (The holographic universe is based on the extremely arcane arithmetic of string theory. However, German and Japanese scientists have found some evidence that this may be true. But here I urge caution. Remember that the Huns and the Nips once had dreams of ruling the world). Sciencology is now a play which is doing the rounds. I just hope no one takes it on. Given human nature it may turn into a cult and the last thing I want to be is some sort of guru. So I sent it as a sort of Russian Roulette. Will the hammer fall on an empty chamber or will I blow out what few brain cells I have left? The suspense gives me a buzz. If it does take off then I’ll promote it. Until then let it lie fallow in the significant shadow of its more talented brother, your creation.
