The problem is that government is complicit in the scheme. Government encouraged the loose lending. Government passed the laws, rules and regs that created the environment. They have no choice but to give the corporations and out. The whole framework for the fraud was designed and built by the leviathan. All the banks did was to operate within the parameters that they were given. If no out was given, the whole system would come to a screeching halt as no one would be willing to take the risks associated with operating in what already is already and always has been from the beginning a fraudulent construct.
