“The process of national governance is of pre-eminent interest to the ruling White elite and moneyed classes inasmuch as the functional-structural form and dynamic-directional outcomes of governmental actions have marked impacts on their wealth, power and influence. This has been true since the founding of the White American nation as represented by the construction of its constitution in ways that contain the spread of democracy in the United States and work to the advantage of propertied and commercial class interests. This essentially elitist document drawn up by the predominantly ‘rich and wellborn’ was and still is designed primarily to make property and its protection the central objective of government.
